Description

• Supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and trades to ensure seamless workflow and communication.
• Conduct daily site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with specifications.
• Address and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.
• Maintain accurate and timely project documentation, including daily logs and progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.

Profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry, with specific expertise in Healthcare and Private Education projects.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of construction practices, safety standards, and regulations.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
