Superintendent
The Superintendent will be responsible for on-site management of Healthcare and Private Education construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, and within quality standards. This role requires a strong leader with a keen eye for detail and a passion for overseeing essential community projects.

Our client, a reputable General Contractor in the Hartford area, is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee their Healthcare and Private Education projects. Known for delivering high-quality construction and fostering long-term client relationships, they are looking for a seasoned professional to join their team and lead projects that make a lasting impact
Description
- Supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and trades to ensure seamless workflow and communication.
- Conduct daily site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with specifications.
- Address and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.
- Maintain accurate and timely project documentation, including daily logs and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
Profile
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry, with specific expertise in Healthcare and Private Education projects.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong understanding of construction practices, safety standards, and regulations.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
