Quality Engineer
This role supports quality assurance across the full product lifecycle by driving continuous improvement, performing first article inspections, and ensuring compliance with specifications, contracts, and industry standards. It requires strong cross‑functional collaboration with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve quality issues and maintain alignment with the organization's quality management system.

Description
- Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure product compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement solutions.
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to maintain standards.
- Provide technical support to resolve quality-related challenges in manufacturing.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure all documentation related to quality processes is accurate and up-to-date.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering and manufacturing department.
- Train and guide team members on quality standards and best practices.
Profile
A successful Quality Engineer should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or related technical field
- Familiarity with processes and procedures to ensure compliance with specifications, procedures, and industry standards such as ISO9001/AS9100
- A background in engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of quality engineering responsibilities, control processes, and standards.
- Experience in Quality or Production Operations, particularly in engineering and manufacturing.
- ASME Y14.5 Tolerance & Dimensioning
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
