Description

• Oversee all day‑to‑day onsite construction activities for commercial interior projects.
• Manage subcontractors, coordinate trade sequencing, enforce schedules, and maintain quality control.
• Uphold DOB compliance, safety standards, and site logistics planning on all interior buildouts.
• Conduct inspections, maintain daily logs, and ensure all work meets design intent and finish quality expectations.
• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to track progress, resolve issues, and keep projects on time and on budget.
• Represent the company professionally on site while building strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.

Profile

A successful DOB Superintendent should have:

• Current NYC DOB Superintendent license is required.
