Project Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Civil Utilities Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure projects related to water, sewer, stormwater, and other utility systems.

Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage utility infrastructure projects including water distribution, wastewater collection, stormwater systems, and related civil works.
- Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and resource plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinate with engineering consultants, contractors, municipal agencies, and utility providers.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and standards.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare and present project reports, updates, and documentation to internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee procurement processes, contract administration, and change order management.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction activities and ensure quality control.
- Foster a culture of safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement.

Profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or PMP certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in civil utilities or infrastructure project management.
- Strong knowledge of utility systems, construction methods, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and CAD tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
