Superintendent
Experienced Superintendent to join our team and oversee complex federal construction projects. You'll be responsible for managing on-site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Description
- Lead daily on-site construction activities and coordinate subcontractors and crews.
- Monitor schedules, budgets, and quality requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and project procedures.
- Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients and stakeholders.
Profile
- Exsperinace as a Superintendent on federal projects over $20M.
- Knowledge of EM 385-1-1 and proven safety management experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
