Paralegal
Our client is actively seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Paralegal to join their NYC office immediately. This role offers the chance to work closely with attorneys on high-profile cases, manage complex legal documentation, and play a critical role in case strategy and trial preparation.

Description
- Draft, review, and organize a wide range of legal documents, including pleadings, discovery materials, contracts, and correspondence
- Manage and maintain comprehensive case files and electronic databases with strict attention to detail
- Conduct in-depth legal research using industry-standard platforms
- Coordinate and prepare for depositions, hearings, and trials, including logistics and exhibit preparation
- Liaise directly with clients, courts, and external parties to ensure smooth case progression
- Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance with procedural rules
- Support multiple attorneys simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Profile
- Paralegal certification or degree required
- Minimum 3 years of solid paralegal experience, preferably within NYC law firms
- Deep familiarity with New York State court procedures and legal protocols
- Expertise with legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis) and Microsoft Office suite
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask under tight deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Immediate availability to start
