Sr. Commercial Estimator - CM-@-Risk

The Sr. Estimator - CM-@-Risk Commercial will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates and budgets for commercial construction projects within the property and construction industry. This role requires excellent analytical skills and a strong understanding of construction methods and materials to ensure project success.

Description

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for CM-@-Risk commercial construction projects.
• Collaborate with project managers and design teams to develop accurate budgets.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and scope to identify and quantify cost factors.
• Source and evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Provide value engineering solutions to optimize project costs without compromising quality.
• Monitor project costs and ensure they align with approved budgets.
• Prepare and present comprehensive estimate reports to stakeholders.
• Maintain and update a database of cost information for future projects.

• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and processes.
• CM-@-Risk and GMP Experience
• Proficiency in construction estimating software and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities with team members and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
