Lead the construction efforts for a major hospital project, ensuring compliance with all NYC DOB regulations. Oversee both ground-up construction and renovations, with a focus on healthcare environments.

This established general contractor is known for its focus on high-impact projects in the healthcare, education, municipal, and modular construction sectors. They are selective, aiming to hire long-term talent with a track record of success in complex, large-scale construction projects.
Description
- Oversee daily site operations for the Coney Island hospital project.
- Manage renovations and ground-up construction while ensuring hospital operations continue smoothly.
- Ensure compliance with NYC DOB, safety standards, and infection control protocols.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including hospital administrators, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and other project management software to track progress and ensure project timelines are met.
Profile
- 7-10 years of experience as a lead Superintendent in commercial construction.
- NYC Superintendent license, OSHA 10/30/40, SST Card required.
- Healthcare or modular construction experience essential.
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam, and PDF tools.
- Infectious Disease Control certification preferred.
