Senior Project Manager- Commercial Construction
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to oversee diverse commercial construction projects in Miami, Florida. This is a prime opportunity to lead high-value developments and collaborate with a team passionate about delivering excellence in construction.

Description
- Manage the full project lifecycle, from preconstruction through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Lead and coordinate teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff, to maintain high-quality standards and ensure safety compliance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Oversee procurement processes and manage contracts to mitigate risks and resolve disputes effectively.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and executive leadership.
Profile
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 10 years of project management experience in commercial construction, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
- A strong understanding of Florida's construction codes, safety regulations, and permitting processes.
- A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in construction software and project management tools, such as Procore or Primavera.
