We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of high-end restaurant construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will manage all phases of the project, including budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and client communication.

- Oversee all stages of project life cycle
- Project planning and Coordination
- Manage communication and coordination with stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with construction regulations and standards

- Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules

Profile
A successful Construction Project Manager should have:- A degree in Construction Management or a related field
- Proficiency in project management software
- Strong knowledge of construction standards and regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong ability to manage budgets and schedules
- Proven experience in risk management
