Description

• Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other team members to maintain smooth project execution.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to identify and address potential issues proactively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
• Review project plans and specifications to confirm accuracy and feasibility.
• Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
• Conduct inspections and resolve any construction-related issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and progress updates.

Profile

A successful Commercial Superintendent should have:

• 8+ years of ground up commercial construction experience
• Proven expertise in managing commercial construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety standards.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills for managing on-site teams.
• Ability to interpret and work with blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with clients, vendors, and project teams.
• Problem-solving abilities to address challenges during the construction process.
