Project Manager II - Milwaukee, WI - Senior Living Division
This person will be a key part of the Senior Living Division at this contractor. They will be the lead on a Senior Living builds across the greater Milwaukee area.

Description
- Deliver projects on time, under budget, and profitably while meeting safety, quality, and EEO goals
- Oversee pre-construction planning, including scheduling, procurement, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Manage project financials, including cost tracking, margin analysis, change orders, and invoicing
- Develop and maintain schedules; monitor progress and resolve delays or conflicts
- Ensure contract compliance; manage scope, risk, and claims with subcontractors and clients
- Lead project teams; mentor staff, assign responsibilities, and foster collaboration
- Enforce safety and quality standards; ensure regulatory compliance
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Drive timely closeout and ensure full compensation for work performed
- Support staff development and promote company values and goals
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction
- Strong knowledge of building methods, materials, estimating, and scheduling
- Proven ability to lead teams and deliver results
- Strategic thinker with long-term planning skills
- Skilled in managing multiple priorities and resolving complex issues
- Strong customer focus and communication abilities
- Proficient with construction-related software and technology
- Team-oriented with a commitment to company values
Job Offer
- Strong base between $90,000 & $110,000
- Company vehicle with all expenses paid by the company
