Description

• Manage all aspects of construction projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet established goals and timelines.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective solutions to address challenges.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies throughout project execution.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and addressing any concerns.
• Supervise and mentor project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Oversee procurement processes and manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
