We are seeking a dedicated Development Project Manager to oversee and manage property development projects from inception to completion. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in the property industry and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Description

  • Manage end-to-end project development processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and risk assessments.
  • Monitor construction progress and address any issues that arise on-site.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and building codes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and management.
  • Foster strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
