Description

The Senior Project Manager - Healthcare Renovations - Richmond, VA will be responsible for:

• Overseeing and managing healthcare renovation projects in occupied hospitals across Northern Virginia and Fredericksburg.
• Working directly with major healthcare clients such as INOVA, Calvert Health, and Kaiser Permanente.
• Ensuring seamless coordination of all project phases, including budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
• Leading and mentoring field teams, while ensuring adherence to project timelines and safety protocols.
• Fostering strong relationships with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams.
• Maintaining compliance with healthcare construction regulations and infection control protocols.
• Reporting directly to the Owner
• Initially working without an assigned APM, requiring strong independent management skills.
