Description
The Senior Project Manager - Healthcare Renovations - Richmond, VA will be responsible for:
- Overseeing and managing healthcare renovation projects in occupied hospitals across Northern Virginia and Fredericksburg.
- Working directly with major healthcare clients such as INOVA, Calvert Health, and Kaiser Permanente.
- Ensuring seamless coordination of all project phases, including budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
- Leading and mentoring field teams, while ensuring adherence to project timelines and safety protocols.
- Fostering strong relationships with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams.
- Maintaining compliance with healthcare construction regulations and infection control protocols.
- Reporting directly to the Owner
- Initially working without an assigned APM, requiring strong independent management skills.
Profile
