Description
Lead Construction Superintendent - Academic Projects - Boston Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor a field team of five individuals, providing guidance and support to optimize performance and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship and compliance with project specifications and industry regulations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the project team, subcontractors, clients, and stakeholders, facilitating clear and effective communication to ensure alignment and resolve any issues promptly.
Profile
Lead Construction Superintendent - Academic Projects - Boston Qualifications:
- 8+ years of Construction experience
- Experience leading a large ground-up project
- OSHA 30
- Experiencing overseeing a team of 3+
Job Offer
Lead Construction Superintendent - Academic Projects - Boston Will Receive:
- Up to $200k base (dependent on experience)
