We're looking for a talented Construction Project Manager with a passion for commercial interiors who's ready to take the lead on beautifully designed, fast‑paced buildouts across Manhattan. Client Details

Our client is a respected commercial interiors general contractor known for transforming offices, amenity spaces, and boutique commercial environments throughout New York City. Description

    • Oversee commercial interior projects from preconstruction through closeout, managing schedules, budgets, procurement, and documentation.
    • Lead project meetings, coordinate subcontractors, and maintain strong communication among clients, designers, and field teams.
    • Review drawings, address RFIs and change orders, and ensure timely, high-quality project execution.
    • Collaborate closely with Superintendents to resolve field challenges and keep projects on track.
    • Uphold exceptional quality standards, especially on finish details and corporate interiors expectations.
    • Serve as a professional, client‑facing leader who represents the company with confidence and clarity.

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:
