Superintendent- Healthcare Construction
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee a $40M healthcare construction project in Wellington, FL. This role requires a proven leader with a strong background in large-scale healthcare builds, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Description
Oversee all day-to-day field operations for a $40M healthcare construction project.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to ensure efficient project execution.
Enforce safety standards, quality control measures, and project schedules.
Serve as the primary on-site leader, working closely with project managers and owners to ensure seamless communication.
Anticipate and resolve field issues to keep the project moving forward.
Profile
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience as a Superintendent, with a strong track record in ground-up healthcare projects valued at $30M-$50M. They must have excellent leadership skills, deep knowledge of healthcare construction codes and compliance, and the ability to manage large field teams. Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach are essential.
