Lead Superintendent- Healthcare Construction
We're seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee healthcare construction projects across Miami and Fort Lauderdale, with project values up to $25M.

Description
Lead the on-site construction operations for healthcare projects up to $25M in value.
Oversee all field activities, subcontractors, and project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
Enforce strict safety, infection control, and quality standards consistent with healthcare construction requirements.
Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Owners, and Architects to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
Conduct daily and weekly site meetings, track progress, and maintain accurate project documentation.
Mentor and manage field teams to promote accountability, efficiency, and craftsmanship.
Profile
Minimum 8+ years of commercial construction experience, with at least 3 years leading healthcare projects.
Proven ability to manage ground-up and renovation projects ranging up to $25M.
Strong understanding of AHCA regulations, healthcare safety standards, and medical facility requirements.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Must be willing and able to work on projects located in both Miami and Fort Lauderdale.
Proficient with construction management software such as Procore, PlanGrid, or similar.
Job Offer
Competitive base salary ranging from $110,000-$135,000, commensurate with experience.
