Description

• Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
• Lead project teams including superintendents, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

Profile

• 7+ years of experience in commercial construction, with a strong background in light industrial or municipal projects.
• Proven track record of managing projects valued at $10M+.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
