Senior Project Manager - Nashville
A Nashville-based general contractor is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead light industrial projects from start to finish. This role offers the opportunity to manage impactful builds while working with a collaborative team in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Description
- Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
- Lead project teams including superintendents, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Profile
- 7+ years of experience in commercial construction, with a strong background in light industrial or municipal projects.
- Proven track record of managing projects valued at $10M+.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
