Description

• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, including budget, schedule, and quality control.

• Maintain project records and documentation to ensure compliance and organization.
• Utilize project management software, such as Procore, to monitor and report on project progress.

Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in construction management or a similar role.
• Proficiency in project management software and familiarity with design-build methodologies.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of construction estimating and scheduling processes.
• History of tenure at reputable General Contractors
