Hartford, CT - Construction Project Manager
A reputable general contractor with projects in and around Hartford, CT is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. This Project manager will oversee ground up, large scale public projects in Hartford and the surrounding areas.

Description
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, including budget, schedule, and quality control.
- Lead communication with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
- Develop and implement strategies to address challenges and meet deadlines.
- Maintain project records and documentation to ensure compliance and organization.
- Utilize project management software, such as Procore, to monitor and report on project progress.
Profile
- 5-10 years of experience in construction management or a similar role.
- Proficiency in project management software and familiarity with design-build methodologies.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of construction estimating and scheduling processes.
- History of tenure at reputable General Contractors
