Sr. Corporate Finance Paralegal

A leading global law firm is seeking a Senior Paralegal, Corporate - Finance to support attorneys in all stages of complex corporate finance transactions. This individual will play a key role in document preparation, due diligence, and transaction execution to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Description

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Drafting correspondence and legal documents under attorney supervision
  • Assisting with due diligence processes, including organizing and reviewing documents
  • Proofreading, revising, and distributing draft agreements and related materials
  • Managing and maintaining precedent collections
  • Reviewing and organizing collateral documentation
  • Performing and analyzing lien searches
  • Preparing and filing lien documents with relevant jurisdictions
  • Coordinating execution and collection of signature pages
  • Requesting charter documents and good standing certificates
  • Supporting attorneys with pre-closing and closing logistics
  • Managing post-closing deliverables, including assembling closing sets
  • Conducting factual research and preparing memoranda
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to support seamless transaction execution

Profile

  • Proven ability to manage a diverse workload and meet deadlines in a high-paced environment
  • Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other relevant applications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
  • Excellent writing, proofreading, and organizational abilities
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of client and firm information


Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record required
  • Minimum of 3 years of related paralegal experience in a corporate finance setting preferred
