Sr. Corporate Finance Paralegal
A leading global law firm is seeking a Senior Paralegal, Corporate - Finance to support attorneys in all stages of complex corporate finance transactions. This individual will play a key role in document preparation, due diligence, and transaction execution to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Description
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Drafting correspondence and legal documents under attorney supervision
- Assisting with due diligence processes, including organizing and reviewing documents
- Proofreading, revising, and distributing draft agreements and related materials
- Managing and maintaining precedent collections
- Reviewing and organizing collateral documentation
- Performing and analyzing lien searches
- Preparing and filing lien documents with relevant jurisdictions
- Coordinating execution and collection of signature pages
- Requesting charter documents and good standing certificates
- Supporting attorneys with pre-closing and closing logistics
- Managing post-closing deliverables, including assembling closing sets
- Conducting factual research and preparing memoranda
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to support seamless transaction execution
Profile
- Proven ability to manage a diverse workload and meet deadlines in a high-paced environment
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other relevant applications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Excellent writing, proofreading, and organizational abilities
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of client and firm information
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record required
- Minimum of 3 years of related paralegal experience in a corporate finance setting preferred
