Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

• 7+ years of experience in heavy civil or public works construction, with at least 3 years in a superintendent or foreman role.
• Deep knowledge of NYC DOB, DOT, and DEP regulations.
• Proven ability to manage union labor and subcontractors on complex, multi-phase projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• OSHA 30 certification required; NYC SST card preferred.
