Description

The Project Manager - Healthcare Construction - Raleigh will be responsible for:

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful execution of all initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and stakeholders, serving as the main point of contact and providing regular updates to manage expectations.
• Lead and supervise construction teams, ensuring safety compliance and addressing quality issues promptly.
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to keep projects on track and within budget.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle to ensure timely completion.
• Oversee inspections and ensure adherence to all regulatory standards and codes.
• Facilitate communication between various teams and stakeholders to promote a collaborative work environment.
• Monitor project progress and implement adjustments as needed to meet project goals.

Profile

The Project Manager - Healthcare Construction - Raleigh should have the following experience:

• Candidates must have a strong background in life science or healthcare projects, including both interior renovations and new builds, with a focus on concrete and structural steel.
• Proven leadership skills to effectively motivate and manage your own team of trades, ensuring strong communication and project execution.
