Description
The Project Manager - Healthcare Construction - Raleigh will be responsible for:
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful execution of all initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and stakeholders, serving as the main point of contact and providing regular updates to manage expectations.
- Lead and supervise construction teams, ensuring safety compliance and addressing quality issues promptly.
- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to keep projects on track and within budget.
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle to ensure timely completion.
- Oversee inspections and ensure adherence to all regulatory standards and codes.
- Facilitate communication between various teams and stakeholders to promote a collaborative work environment.
- Monitor project progress and implement adjustments as needed to meet project goals.
Profile
The Project Manager - Healthcare Construction - Raleigh should have the following experience:
- Candidates must have a strong background in life science or healthcare projects, including both interior renovations and new builds, with a focus on concrete and structural steel.
- Proven leadership skills to effectively motivate and manage your own team of trades, ensuring strong communication and project execution.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities for conveying project updates, resolving challenges, and maintaining safety and compliance with local regulations.
- A tech-savvy and motivated project manager who can lead healthcare construction projects valued at up to $40M, with great tenure in their career, eager to contribute to the company's growth and industry relationships.
