Description

The Superintendent will be responsible for:

• Acting as the primary on-site leader for day-to-day construction activities
• Coordinating with owners, architects, and engineers throughout the project lifecycle
• Developing and managing project schedules, including critical path planning
• Managing subcontractors and resolving scheduling or productivity challenges
• Overseeing site logistics, workforce planning, and daily operations
• Identifying and documenting field issues and preparing RFIs as needed
• Coordinating across all trades to maintain project alignment and progress
• Ensuring permits, inspections, and compliance requirements are met
• Supporting budget tracking and managing general conditions
• Enforcing quality control and ensuring work meets contract documents
• Promoting and maintaining a strong safety culture

Profile

The Superintendent will have:

• 5+ years of construction experience
• Strong understanding of construction documents, methods, and sequencing
• Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating job site activities
• Knowledge of cost control and basic project financials
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• OSHA 30 certification
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Valid driver's license
