Prepare and present regular reports on project progress, budget, and other key performance indicators

Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily Construction - Charlotte will be responsible for:

Profile
Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily Construction - Charlotte should have:
- 3+ Years as an Assistant Project Manager with a General Contractor
- Experience managing multifamily or commercial projects - $10M+ ideally
- Experience in preconstruction is highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
- Applicable project management software proficiency (Procore, CMiC, P6)
- Thorough understanding of corporate and construction industry best practices, processes, standards, etc.
- Excellent communication skills, business aptitude, and professional character
Job Offer
Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily Construction - Charlotte will receive:
- Highly competitive base salary - $75,000 - $95,000 base - Contigent on experience
- Incentivized Bonus Structure
- Excellent benefits including fully paid Healthcare and dental, 401K with a 5% company match
- 3 weeks PTO
