Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily Construction - Charlotte will be responsible for:

  • Assist in the development of project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Coordinate project activities and ensure adherence to timelines
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Review construction drawings and specifications for accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist in the development and monitoring of project budgets.
  • Track project costs, identify potential cost overruns, and implement cost control measures.
  • Implement and enforce quality control processes to ensure construction meets industry standards and project specifications.
  • Identify potential risks and challenges in construction projects and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Proactively address issues to prevent delays and ensure project success.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and issues with internal team.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on project progress, budget, and other key performance indicators

Profile

Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily Construction - Charlotte should have:

  • 3+ Years as an Assistant Project Manager with a General Contractor
  • Experience managing multifamily or commercial projects - $10M+ ideally
  • Experience in preconstruction is highly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Applicable project management software proficiency (Procore, CMiC, P6)
  • Thorough understanding of corporate and construction industry best practices, processes, standards, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills, business aptitude, and professional character

Job Offer

Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily Construction - Charlotte will receive:

  • Highly competitive base salary - $75,000 - $95,000 base - Contigent on experience
  • Incentivized Bonus Structure
  • Excellent benefits including fully paid Healthcare and dental, 401K with a 5% company match
