Superintendent (Multifamily)
My client are looking for an experienced Multifamily Superintendent to oversee the construction of new multifamily housing developments. As a Superintendent, you will manage the on-site construction operations from ground breaking to project completion, ensuring that all work is performed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

My client are a full service Seattle based General Contractor with both commercial and multifamily projects around Seattle.
Description
- Oversee daily operations on construction sites, including coordinating labor, materials, and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget.
- Supervise and direct the efforts of subcontractors and staff, ensure adherence to quality standards and proper techniques.
- Conduct regular site meetings with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to discuss progress and resolve issues.
- Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety policies and protocols; conduct regular safety inspections.
- Manage the scheduling and completion of inspections throughout the construction phases.
- Document and ensure proper communication and reporting practices; keep detailed construction logs and progress reports.
- Handle job site crises effectively, maintain a calm and professional demeanor in high-pressure situations.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and adherence to building codes.
- Facilitate project closeout and transition to the property management team.
Profile
The successful candidate will be/have:
- 5+ years of experience in construction supervision, with a focus on multifamily projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, including electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and carpentry trades.
- Proven track record of successfully completed projects, preferably in the multifamily sector.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient with construction management software and tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, or AutoCAD.
Job Offer
$140,000-$170,000
