Superintendent - Ground Up Construction up to $15M
One of our top client's is seeking a superintendent to work on ground up construction up to $15M. They will oversee all aspects of the construction process from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. This role requires a strong understanding of construction practices, problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively.

Description
- Supervise construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on site.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
- Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction.
- Ensure effective communication between team members and stakeholders.
- Oversee materials and equipment to ensure proper usage and minimize waste.
- Conduct regular site inspections and provide progress updates to management.
Profile
A successful Superintendent should have:
- MA CSL is a requirement
- OSHA 10 or Greater is a requirement
- Ground up building experience is a requirement
- Public experience prefered
- Commercial experience prefered
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
- Proven ability to lead and manage construction teams effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
