One of Milwaukee's top general contractors is seeking a senior project manager to lead teams on some of the states most meaningful education, multifamily, and commercial projects. All qualified applicants will receive a call in under 24 hours.

Description

  • Provide overall leadership and accountability for $15M+ commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Manage project budgets, cost controls, cash flow, and forecasting to protect margins and ensure financial performance
  • Lead contract administration, including scope definition, change management, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Oversee project schedules and collaborate with superintendents to align field execution with project milestones
  • Direct subcontractor procurement, negotiations, and buyout to ensure value, compliance, and performance
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and consultants, driving clear communication and issue resolution
  • Mentor project engineers and assistant project managers, promoting professional development and team accountability
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety requirements, and contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle

Profile

  • Track record of delivering multifamily or commercial projects valued at $10M+
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with key preconstruction concepts in order to collaborate with estimating team
  • Excllent client-relationship skills
  • Passion for construction
