Description

Superintendent - Public Renovation Projects - $140k - Responsibilities

• Lead on-site construction activities from mobilization to closeout

• Coordinate with Project Managers (you'll report to a team of 3 PMs)

• Supervise subcontractors, enforce site safety protocols, and manage schedules

• Communicate progress, challenges, and needs to internal teams

• Ensure compliance with project specifications and public project regulations

• Collaborate closely with a 12-person team that values openness, teamwork, and initiative

Profile

Superintendent - Public Renovation Projects - $140k - Will have

• 3-10 years of Superintendent experience (public sector experience preferred)

• Renovation and tenant improvement project background strongly preferred

• Strong understanding of public construction workflows and expectations

• Experience with MS Office, Procore, and other standard project management tools

• Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive, hands-on team

• Local to the North Shore - we don't go into Boston
