My client, a well-established construction firm based in Northern Virginia, is expanding into the Richmond market after securing long-term projects with local hospitals. To support this growth, they are seeking an experienced and dedicated Superintendent to oversee construction projects in active hospital environments.

Description
The Superintendent - Commercial Interiors/Hospitals - Richmond, VA will be responsible for:
- Supervise and manage construction projects in active environments, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
- Lead hospital interior renovation projects while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and key stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and uphold quality standards.
- Maintain professionalism and sensitivity while working within occupied hospitals and healthcare facilities.
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations throughout all phases of construction.
Profile
The Superintendent - Commercial Interiors/Hospitals - Richmond, VA will have:
- Required: Experience working in occupied spaces.
- Required: Hospital construction experience, specifically interior renovations within the last three years.
- Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems is a plus.
- Proven ability to oversee multiple projects at once.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
