Description

The Superintendent - Commercial Interiors/Hospitals - Richmond, VA will be responsible for:

• Supervise and manage construction projects in active environments, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
• Lead hospital interior renovation projects while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and key stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and uphold quality standards.
• Maintain professionalism and sensitivity while working within occupied hospitals and healthcare facilities.
• Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations throughout all phases of construction.

Profile

The Superintendent - Commercial Interiors/Hospitals - Richmond, VA will have:

• Required: Experience working in occupied spaces.
• Required: Hospital construction experience, specifically interior renovations within the last three years.
• Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems is a plus.
• Proven ability to oversee multiple projects at once.
