Project Manager - Triad
A project manager supporting negotiated and select-bid commercial upfits and multifamily redevelopments. This is an office-based role with limited jobsite visits and participation in collaborative preconstruction.

A regional builder delivering commercial interiors, adaptive reuse, and multifamily projects. The firm is expanding its footprint and project portfolio, creating long-term growth opportunities.
Description
* Manage commercial upfit projects and support multifamily redevelopment efforts
* Lead budgeting, scheduling, RFIs, submittals, and coordination
* Conduct project site visits (approx. 2x/month; occasional overnight)
* Collaborate with preconstruction on estimates and scopes
* Use Project Site (Trimble), Vista, and Microsoft Project for project delivery
Profile
A successful Project Manager - Triad should have:
- Strong APM or PM with commercial interiors experience
- Skilled in scheduling, documentation, and subcontractor coordination
- Comfortable supporting negotiated and relationship-based work
- Able to manage multiple active projects
- Clear communicator with owners and design partners
Job Offer
Up to $100,000 base
