LIHTC Asset Manager
The LIHTC Senior Asset Manager will oversee and manage a portfolio of assets under the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program to ensure compliance, performance, and operational efficiency. This role is key to driving results within the property industry while maintaining high standards of asset management.

Description
Oversee a portfolio of LIHTC properties, ensuring regulatory compliance
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting for each property
- Liaise with property management teams to optimize operational performance
- Interact with investors and lenders, maintaining strong relationships
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize property value
- Monitor changes in LIHTC regulations and advise on implications
- Conduct property site visits as required
- Manage any property-related issues or disputes
Profile
A successful LIHTC Asset Manager should have:
- Comprehensive understanding of LIHTC program and regulations
- Proven experience in property management, particularly affordable housing
- Strong financial analysis skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneously
