Construction Assistant Project Manager - Scranton, PA
We are looking for an Assistant Construction Project Manager in Scranton, PA, to support the coordination and execution of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. The role will involve assisting with project planning, managing resources, and maintaining communication with stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.

Description
Assist in managing day-to-day project activities, ensuring smooth workflow and timely project completion.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to ensure resource availability and adherence to project timelines.
Help monitor project budgets and schedules, reporting any deviations or risks to project managers.
Review contracts, change orders, and other project-related documentation for accuracy and compliance.
Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to provide regular updates and resolve issues.
Assist in ensuring that all safety protocols and quality standards are followed throughout the project.
Support project managers with on-site problem-solving and decision-making.
Profile
The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in construction project management or a related field. A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a similar discipline is preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in project management software and a solid understanding of construction processes.
