Description

• Assist in managing day-to-day project activities, ensuring smooth workflow and timely project completion.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to ensure resource availability and adherence to project timelines.

• Help monitor project budgets and schedules, reporting any deviations or risks to project managers.

• Review contracts, change orders, and other project-related documentation for accuracy and compliance.

• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to provide regular updates and resolve issues.

• Assist in ensuring that all safety protocols and quality standards are followed throughout the project.

• Support project managers with on-site problem-solving and decision-making.

Profile

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in construction project management or a related field. A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a similar discipline is preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in project management software and a solid understanding of construction processes.
