Superintendent - NYC
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Interiors Superintendent to oversee all on-site construction activities for high-end interior buildouts. This role ensures that projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Description
Manage daily site operations for commercial interior fit-outs.
Supervise subcontractors, coordinate inspections, and ensure OSHA compliance.
Maintain project documentation, reports, and schedules.
Resolve on-site challenges quickly and effectively.
Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and engineers.
Oversee quality control and punch list completion.
Profile
5+ years as a superintendent on NYC commercial interiors projects.
Strong knowledge of NYC DOB regulations and safety protocols.
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications with accuracy.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in occupied and high-profile spaces.
