Description

• Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and engineers.

• Oversee quality control and punch list completion.

Profile

• 5+ years as a superintendent on NYC commercial interiors projects.

• Strong knowledge of NYC DOB regulations and safety protocols.

• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications with accuracy.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in occupied and high-profile spaces.
