Description

• Lead ground‑up and renovation projects from mobilisation to turnover
* Own site planning, sequencing, and subcontractor coordination
* Serve as the primary client‑facing representative on site
* Enforce safety, quality, and schedule expectations
* Partner directly with senior leadership and field support

Profile

• 5+ years of ground‑up construction experience
* Background in retail, commercial, religious, or similar projects
* Confident, professional client‑facing communicator
* Proven ability to hold subcontractors accountable
* Team‑first mindset with long‑term career focus

Job Offer

$100,000-$135,000 base salary plus travel support
* $910/week per diem for lodging and food
* $550/month car allowance
