Multifamily Superintendent

The Multifamily Superintendent will oversee and manage all on-site construction activities for multifamily residential projects. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience supervising large-scale projects, excellent leadership skills, and a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

We are a well-established general contractor specializing in multifamily residential construction. With a commitment to quality, safety, and timely project delivery, we are seeking an experienced Multifamily Superintendent in San Diego to join our team. Our projects range from 100 to 300 units and are located throughout the Los Angeles area.

Description

• Manage all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
• Oversee the work of construction crews, providing guidance and support to ensure quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards
• Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective measures
• Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, including daily reports, site photos, and change orders
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to address project challenges and develop effective solutions
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and communication among project team members
• Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients, inspectors, and community stakeholders as a Multifamily Superintendent in Building and Construction

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Mutifamily Superintendent in multifamily residential construction.
• Proven track record managing projects with 100-300 units.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage subcontractors and site personnel effectively.
• Proficiency in construction management software and scheduling tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
• OSHA 30 certification is preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and possess a valid driver's license.
