Superintendent - Commercial Interiors - Manhattan, NY
This Superintendent position is based in Midtown Manhattan, overseeing interiors projects across retail, office, healthcare, and residential sectors. It's a chance to play a pivotal role in a dynamic firm that values quality, accountability, and long-term growth.

Description
- Oversee field operations, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
- Manage day-to-day site activities including subcontractor coordination, safety compliance, and quality control.
- Conduct site meetings, track progress, and maintain detailed documentation.
- Collaborate with project managers, ownership, and clients to proactively resolve issues.
- Uphold OSHA and NYC DOB standards and promote a strong safety culture on site.
Profile
- Proven Superintendent or Site Supervisor with experience in interior fit-outs (retail, office, healthcare, or residential).
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills to manage multiple stakeholders and trades.
- Ability to problem-solve in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
- OSHA certification required; additional safety or scheduling certifications are a plus.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in construction software and scheduling tools.
