We are seeking an Assistant Superintendent to join a thriving construction team in Nashville. This role is ideal for individuals with a hands-on approach and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in the local ground up commercial sector.

Description
- Assist in managing on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor construction progress and maintain safety standards on-site.
- Support the Superintendent in coordinating daily tasks and resolving any on-site challenges.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards as an assistant superintendent.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide project updates.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities and documentation.
- Assist in training and guiding team members to achieve project goals.
Profile
- A strong understanding of construction processes and safety protocols.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- A collaborative attitude and the ability to work well within a team.
- Proficiency in using construction management tools and software.
- A keen eye for detail to ensure quality and compliance.
- Relevant educational background in construction management or a related field.
