Experienced Audit Associate

The Experienced Audit Associate will participate in risk-based audits across the Firm's business lines and support functions, including brokerage operations, trading, supervisory processes, investment advisory and asset management. As well Perform Sarbanes-Oxley, SSAE-18 and FINRA 3130 testing.

• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
• Prepare and review financial statements and related disclosures.
• Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and address any concerns.
• Maintain accurate and organized audit documentation.
• Assist in the development of audit strategies and plans.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior audit staff.
• Ensure timely completion of audit engagements within budgeted hours.

Profile

A successful Experienced Audit Associate should have:

• 2-4 years of experience of Interna or External Audit within Financial Services
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field
• A high degree of initiative, inquisitiveness, enthusiasm and attention to detail
• Eager to stay ahead of industry trends and best practices
• CIA, CPA, or CFE certifications or progress toward certification is preferred, but not required
