My client, who specializes in delivering solutions and products that drive development, is seeking a Process Engineering Manager to add to their team. This person should have a strong technical background, leadership experience, and the drive to support with ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

My client is a manufacturing leader that specializes in the design and manufacture of premium-quality cable solutions. Their client base includes commercial wireless networks, mission critical communications, private networks and several other markets within North America.
Description
The Process Engineering Manager will be responsible for the following:
- Leading, mentoring and managing a team of process engineers
- Designing, implementing and optimizing production processes
- Analyzing and troubleshooting production issues
- Developing root cause analysis
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitoring process KPIs and reporting metrics
- Ensuring all processes comply with industry regulations
Profile
The successful Process Engineering Manager should have:
- Strong knowledge of process optimization
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Familiarity with LEAN Manufacturing/Six Sigma
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred**
- Wire and cable manufacturing experience preferred**
