Precision Manufacturing - CNC Engineer - Jaffrey, NH
My client is seeking a CNC Engineer to spearhead the development of a highly technical precision hard turn and hone process. This role combines project management, process development, and hands-on engineering to deliver improved manufacturing efficiency and product performance.

Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead research, design, and implementation of new CNC hard turning processes.
- Develop methods to improve precision and reduce distortion through advanced techniques.
- Plan, schedule, and communicate project milestones and deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and drive improvements.
- Provide leadership, training, and technical expertise to team members as needed.
- Support capital project justification through ROI analysis.
- Drive workplace organization and 6S practices to improve efficiency.
Profile
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong background in CNC machining, hard turning, and project management.
- Skilled in AutoCAD/SolidWorks, MS Access, and Excel.
- Highly proficient in blueprint reading, engineering drawing interpretation, and tolerancing.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability, detail orientation, and communication skills.
- Prior experience leading cross-functional teams and managing technical projects.
