Project Manager - OSHPD
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with expertise in OSHPD to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Description
- Manage all phases of OSHPD/HCAI healthcare construction projects
- Oversee budgets, cost control, and financial reporting
- Develop and maintain project schedules in collaboration with field teams
- Lead subcontractor procurement, buyout, and contract management
- Ensure compliance with OSHPD/HCAI regulations and documentation requirements
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders
- Identify risks and implement proactive solutions to maintain project performance
- Work closely with Superintendents to ensure alignment between field and office
Profile
- Proven experience as a Project Manager on OSHPD / healthcare construction projects
- Strong understanding of California healthcare regulations and approval processes
- Experience managing ground-up and/or major renovation hospital projects
- Solid financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and forecasts
- Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
Job Offer
