Project Manager, Regulatory Operations

We are seeking a Project Manager with strong regulatory remediation experience to support a new initiative centered on CFTC‑related requirements. Positioned within the Operational Resilience function, this role will lead delivery of key regulatory commitments across both business and technology teams.

Description

  • Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of a regulatory remediation initiative, driving project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Partner with Technology, Risk, Operations, and Compliance teams to align on priorities, resolve issues, and ensure cohesive delivery.
  • Produce high‑quality project materials- including requirements, documentation, methodologies, and leadership‑ready summaries-while maintaining project tools, templates, and timelines.
  • Strengthen organizational readiness by supporting updates to policies, procedures, and controls; proactively managing risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies; and providing transparent progress updates to senior leadership.

Profile

  • 5-7 years of experience in financial services, consulting, or banking, with a track record of delivering regulatory or compliance‑driven initiatives (e.g., CFTC, SEC, FINRA, OCC, FRB, NYDFS).
  • Strong project management and hybrid BA/PM capabilities, including requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, stakeholder engagement, and execution of complex deliverables.
  • Skilled in producing high‑quality policies, procedures, and project materials, with excellent written and verbal communication and comfort presenting to senior management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint); familiarity with operational resilience, business continuity, or disaster recovery frameworks is beneficial.
