Description

• Coordinated a minimum project size of $500K from takeoff to closeout

• Develop and maintain accurate project schedules

• Track and manage project costs, budgets, and forecasts

• Prepare construction cost estimates for both new work and changes in scope

• Utilize project control systems to ensure smooth project execution

• Provide proactive, detailed project reporting to stakeholders

• Commit to delivering an exceptional final product to the client

Profile

• Must have Life sciences experience**

• 1-5 years of experience in commercial construction project management

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction Management, Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering

• Experience in pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or healthcare projects is a plus
