Construction Project Manager - Commercial

Description

• Manage ground‑up commercial projects (typically $3M-$12M) from planning through turnover.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, proposals, change orders, and subcontractor coordination.
• Partner closely with Superintendents and field teams to drive fast‑paced, multi‑trade builds.
• Conduct regular site visits (approximately 50%) to ensure safety, quality, and issue resolution.
• Lead communication with clients, internal teams, and company leadership on project progress.

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

• 5+ years overseeing ground‑up commercial construction; service‑sector experience preferred.
• Strong problem‑solver who works well under compressed timelines (90 days to 6 months).
• Confident communicator with the ability to give and receive direction effectively.
• Stable career history with long‑term tenures and no serial job‑hopping.
• Skilled in managing multiple trades simultaneously across several active projects.
