Assistant Project Manager - commercial & healthcare projects

Description

• Support project delivery from preconstruction through closeout
* Assist with budgets, schedules, RFIs, and submittals
* Coordinate consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
* Support work in occupied and live environments
* Maintain project documentation and reporting standards

Profile

• 3+ years' experience with a top-tier general contractor
* Background with large national or regional builders preferred
* Degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or related
* Experience in healthcare, education, data centre, or industrial projects
* Exposure to occupied space projects strongly preferred

Job Offer

• Salary $90,000-$120,000 depending on background
